In conjunction with sightseeing, we will provide you with a safe, fresh and inspiring meal with Japanese cuisine.
The car park can accommodate even large tourist buses (50-seater).

cancellation policy

Recently, there have been some very unfortunate cases where people make reservations at multiple stores on the same day and at the same time, and either they cancel at the last minute or they don't show up without contacting them at the scheduled time. At our restaurant, we make preparations in advance, such as preparing ingredients, arranging seats, and arranging employees, according to the customer's reservation. We kindly ask for your consideration and cooperation in this regard.
Our store has established a cancellation policy as follows. Please read this when making a reservation.

Regarding cancellation of reservations

◎If you have to cancel your reservation or change the number of people, please be sure to contact us by email. We cannot accept inquiries by phone or other means.
◎Cancellation fees will apply if the following deadline is passed.
On the day: 100%
2 days ago: 50%
The cancellation will be confirmed once our reservation staff has contacted you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
◎If you cancel on the day or do not show up without contacting us, you will be charged the full amount.
◎If you cancel 2 days in advance or do not show up without contacting us, you will be charged half the price.

Process to complete reservation

◎After applying online, your reservation will be confirmed when you receive notification from the store whether or not your reservation is accepted.

◎If you do not contact us and do not arrive on the day of your reservation, we will charge you the full amount as a cancellation fee.
